Matthew Westcott approached BlenheimBrand and Bluetorch to develop a brand strategy and identity for his recruitment start-up.
We knew immediately that he needed to communicate a unique offer, a new name and a compelling brand story to cut through the highly competitive recruitment industry.
We faced a cluttered and competitive market place with a number of large and experienced recruitment companies already well connected in the engineering, science and services sectors.
We saw that the opportunity existed for a specialist recruitment company to ‘own’ these sectors, as many of the large companies are ‘jack of all trade’ and the smaller companies only offered one.
As a start-up, the name and brand identity needed to engage strongly with both candidates and clients and demonstrate that this group of professionals are well connected and ‘in the know’.
The name says it all – Fuse Recruitment – the fusion of the right person to the right job.
We developed a brand platform, logo and visual language that clearly sets Fuse apart from it’s competitors, a look that is strong, contemporary and confident. We also developed a positioning statement – it pays to be connected – that fits perfectly with their name and visual identity.
