The Toni Maticevski business was established in 1999. With his signature manipulation of traditional fashion silhouettes and use of beautiful materials, Toni Maticevski’s collections mark a desirable move from conventional fashion.
3 Deep engaged Bluetorch to develop a business plan and brand strategy to enable Maticevski to consolidate its existing business and grow into new markets. The main challenge was to define a path for growth that could enable the brand to solidify its positing within market and diversify for future growth without diluting the core brand proposition.
The concepts of glamour, romance and quiet luxury define the Maticevski brand story. This was extended into a product architecture that straddle the brands couture collections, ready-to-wear, bridal and diffusion lines. A high level strategy document was prepared for internal and external stakeholders in order to communication the brands future vision.
The brand strategy and business plan gave clarity and direction to internal resources and enabled the business to expand it’s footprint. The two year plan addressed aspects of distribution, personnel, financial, product, marketing and communications, production and business development strategies required to grow the business.
